Aurora Cannabis lovers with Danish tomato producer to speed up European expansion

Canadian cannabis business Aurora Cannabis Inc. joined into a jv with Alfred Pedersen Son to create and offer cannabis in European countries. APS is just a greenhouse tomato and pepper business located in Odense, Denmark.

The joint venture, called Aurora Nordic Cannabis A/S, greater part of which (51 %) is owned because of the Alberta-based Aurora, will consider offering medical cannabis products in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Iceland. Aurora’s unit that is german Pedanios GmbH, is supposed to be responsible for the circulation.
